40th International Coastal Cleanup Day

I’ve partnered with I Love A Clean San Diego many times during my tenure as your Assemblymember to help remove debris and trash that pollute our waterways. Coastal Cleanup Day has been a vital movement in our San Diego region, with over 269,000 volunteers participating since 1985. Together, we’ve helped remove more than 5 million pounds of litter and debris.

I invite you to join me and Park Ranger Megan Delaney on Saturday, September 21, for the 40th International Coastal Cleanup Day.

Please bring a signed waiver for each participant

For the cleanup, please bring a bucket, reusable bag, and reusable gloves if you have them. Don’t forget to bring water, and protect yourself with sunscreen.
