AB 1707 — Fairness for Senior and Disabled Homeowners Act
The bill seeks to secure a permanent funding source for the Senior Citizens and Disabled Citizens Property Tax Postponement Fund (PTP Fund) requiring a transfer from the General Fund to the PTP Fund on June 30 to bring the PTP Fund balance to $15 million in years that the balance is less than $15 million. AB 1854 — Streamlined Work Sharing Program Sunset Repeal

AB 1873 — Tax Credit for EV Chargers Installation in Multifamily Dwellings

AB 1946 — E-Bike Safety Education and Training
The bill would require Caltrans, in coordination with the Office of Traffic Safety, and relevant stakeholders, to develop statewide safety and training standards for e-bike users by September 1, 2023. AB 1970 — Increased Penalty for Solicitation of Minors
The bill would increase the penalty for solicitation of a minor, under the age of 18, from one year in county jail to a prison sentence of 16 month to two or three years. AB 2204 — Office of Clean Energy Workforce
